Access Problem

Hello All,

I have a problem while displaying a purchase order through VA02 in search option.

Error:- No document is selected (enter document number or selection)

If i copy the same user to another user ID i can display that.

The SU53 doesn't show any result.

We are using ECC 6.

Can you please help me with this issue.

Hi,

From the message itself it is clear that the issue is not a Security or Access/Authorization related problem. What I guess, the message is coming because of not selecting proper Input data while using VA02. Please check with one of your colleague who can do the same.

Hello Friend,

Actually i have copied a user with same authorization that user is able to view that.

But the actual user is not able.

Double click on the error message in the bar at the bottom of the page. What does it say in the error popup?

I'm with Dipanjan, I am not too sure this is a security error. If you are running a trace do you get any unexpected auth failures?

Hi,

another option is to apply the correcitons of note 1450365 .

VA02 search help is also affected by this problem.
