Access key

Hi guys

One of my user is asking for access key for the object R3TR FUGR COVG.

What am i supposed to do and how can i do it.

please help me

You need to get the Key by SAP:

Hi pavan,

1. For this we need to take help of basis team.

2. They will logon to sap service market place, with the companys

user id and password (provided by sap)

3. There they will enter these details and get the access key.

I am sorry to say that i am an basis guy. but i dont know what to do. i have access to service marcket place. can u please tell me what to do.

Hi again,

1. After logging to service.sap.com/notes (with username and password)

2. click on tab "Keys and Requests"

3. Inside that click on tab "SSCR Keys"

4. Click button "Register Object"

5. In that choose the installation

6. Enter the details of the program/object,

7. Press Register

8. U will get a key (called as access key)

Tell the user you don't know what your doing and could they take a look at it themselves. The user has probably done this before and will know what to do, probably. The response "I will have to get back to you" is also a good way to buy time but I suppose you already used this one?

u can get the access key from the Basis People

or <b>if ur object name starts with 'Z' it wont ask u for access key.</b>
