access key problem

when i acess the tr. codes ex,se38 & se11 ,it asks access key.

what is the probleam.

please tell.

you have to get developer access key from BASIS people.

Hi Subasis ,

You face the Access Key problem when you try to make any modification to the standard programs or any standard element provided by SAP .

i think you are trying to change the SE38 and SE11 programs or trying to make any modification in a restricted area , that is why it is asking for Access Key ! If you really want to make any modification then get the access key from the Basis group !

Hi

The system asks for access key only of two reasons:

1) You may be having problem of access rights. You would have to contact basis peopl.

2) You may try to name an object not complying with the rules. You may have to check with the same.

SAP has some authorizations , U can not change any thing with out ur having authorizations to change.......... when they are configuring ur system then they will put authorization for some tcodes......only.

if u want authorization , then U have to create new client....... in ur system , I am having the idea but right now I didn't remimber the Tcode to create the client........sorry for that.

the BASIS people will having the access key....... they will help u out for this.
