About smartform

Hi,

when creating a smartform, i can not define a parameter of tab tables in Form interface reference a structure or a table. such as itab type mara, it will give a error 'Only table types may be used as the reference type for a table arameter ' when i activate it .

But i could do it in 4.6C and now i am in ECC 5.0.

Any advise?

you need to create the table types in SE11 and use it in the smart form. and also check this steps..

Hi gang,

1. yes there we have to put only table types.

2. enter MARA_TAB

(Its nothing but table type for MARA)

(u can search in se11, for Data Type --> Table Types,

, for most of your requirements,

u will get a corresponding TABLE TYPE for

the relevant table/structure)

(if its not there, u can still create it thru se11)

3. then it won't give error.

You will have to create a table type in SE11 using the structure you have and then use that in the SMART Forms declarations.
