HI,
each system is identified by a unique IP address..
we define the logical system .
it is thro this IP address the RFC connection is established .
u set the RF destination in both the systems which are going to communicate.we maintain TRUSTED-TRUSTING relationship

SM59 is used to maintain/create RFC connection/destination.
Connection between a SAP system and other SAP (& in few cases non-SAP systems) is made using a RFC connection.
While creating a RFC connection basically three parameters are required Target host, Sys ID, Sys No.

First you need to define logical systems though SALE tcode.
than assigning those logical systems to clients.
(this will be done by basis people).
than go to SM59 tcode.
this is for maintaining and creating RFC destinations.
here you need to give the logical system name, user id,language, password, sysid, host, .
than test the connection.
then u can login ...
try this if useful reward with points.
Thanking you.
