user exit automatically update the material configuration & its values while Sales Order Entry (VA01).enhancement V45S0001
EXIT EXIT_SAPFV45S_002 [Change Sales Document Using Configuration]

The exit EXIT_SAPFV45S_002 is triggered on save of sales order(which lets you to change the contents of table VBAP while you create )
