Well, if you're asking whether or not you can access an ABAP stack only system from an internet application, then the answer is 'Yes'. Search on 'web services' in the help docs and that should get you started. Come back here for ABAP specific questions or go to the SOA forum for questions about enabling web services. You have many different possibilities for the internet application platform as well.
