ABAP exercises Help

Hi guys.

I am a BW guy trying to get my feet wet in this ABAP world.

I have access to R/3 IDES system and I need your help if someone have exercises on basic ABAP probgramming. I have access to online version of the book "learn abap in 21 days" but I cannot follow the books exercises because there are a lot of tables that are not in my system, i,e you have to have the CD that came with the book in order to be able to follow the exercises properly.

If anyone has something like a tutorial which can be used on any std IDES system please help me with that or with any other alternative learning material.

follow the examples under the transaction code ABAPDOCU under your IDES, this gives u basic idea of ABAP Programming.
