ABAP Dump - GEN_TOO_MANY_DATA

Hi Experts,

We are facing dump while executing our program. Belo are the dump details:

Runtime Error : GEN_TOO_MANY_DATA (Too many data descriptions.)

"You attempted to create more than 16000 data control blocks of the
type "????", but this is not supported. Try to split your
program into smaller generation units. Splitting
it into smaller INCLUDEs will not resolve the problem."

Is there any way to resolve this dump? Kindly provide suggestions how this error ca be resolved.
