Like ABAPDOCU is there any transaction/program provided by SAP where general standards for coding are given.

I guess thats the tcode for going through examples in SAP.
Otherwise you may go through standard reports.
I can suggest you two links where you can get lots of programming examples of good quality.

There are some more example given in ABAP Editor, check the below path:
SE38 -> Environment -> Examples ->
ABAP Example (i.e. ABAPDOCU)
Ergonomics Example
Performance Example
Controls Example

Use DWDM Tr code to get the demo and also the name of the object which is being used by it

Hi Mayank,
Go to SE38 on the menu bar click on <b>Environment->Examples</b>.
Here you will get lot of examples like for ABAP, Performance, Ergonomics and Control.

Every Client has their own standard.So,we need to adapt our coding standards as per the clients requirements.ABAPDOCU and DWDM can help you.
But,do learn understanding the flow of the program using Debugging.This Debugging concept will be of great help in understanding the program.
