When I double click on it, I SAP does not take me to the Top include, or where the object is defined?
Is this a setting somewhere? Thanks.

Hi,
It may be activation problem. Make sure, they are activated in same package or not?
Other wise, goto SE80 and Activate globally there....
It may solve the problem....
thanks

Hello,
Maybe try regenerating navigation index :
Go inside the ABAP editor: Utilities --> Update Navigation Index
You can also try refreshing the object list:
Goto SE38 --> Utilities --> Refresh Object List.

in Se38> from the top menu choose Utilities> Update Navigation Index will solve your issue.
