2D bar code printing fro smartforms without cute PDF editor

Hi all,

We have implemented 2D bar code printing (QR code)in smart form that uses cutePDF editor to convert the post script code into barcode format

by referring to below link.

(A Basis Life: How to Print(PDF) QR Codes in standard SAP).

I wanted to know if  it is possible to print 2D barcode in smartforms without using cute PDF editor ie.directly from smartform output.

We are using ECC 6.0.

If yes kindly do let me know how.Thanks in advance.

Hi,

As far as I know - only PDF417, using the "then-new-now-old" Barcode Technology (1557674 - Overview of bar code printing from SAP).
