Software update Manager (SUM) Password or Username

i m trying to start SUM and he required from me to enter password and username

can anyone help me which username or password I have to give

You must have given at the beginning. See the screenshot:

It is a protection mechanism to make the upgrade work editable only for the admins.

Dear friends thanks a lot for your help

the Issue: I ve started a SUM which are already used last year, and I don t have the Master Password has already given by another administarator.

Now I download it again and I started , than he reqiured a password twice and a username. it works fine.

Give any User name & Password of your choice. If you restart the installation then you have to provide the same ID and password that you gave initially when you started SUM.

Hi Samir,

You could give user name as administrator & password as of your choice here after that you can continue with the process of upgrade.

He doesn't determine the password and user. User and password have been already determined.

He is asked for them. It's different.

Hi Serhat,

Thanks for pointing.I think samir has already started upgrade & in previous he provided some password under SUM to proceed with upgrade,but as per me now he's unable to get the password for the user to continue the process.Sunil please correct me or elaborate the same.

@Serhat  -- Snap shot you shared is the first screen at the time of start of SUM where we need to provide password two times (verifiction of first),but if you'll check he needs to enter password once.
