Hi marmik,
Though you ABAP skills will be of lesser use but since lot of training material is available so you will not face much problems in learning SAP GRC.
You can get lot of material including how to guides at:
https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/bpx-grc?rid=/webcontent/uuid/00dd6b2e-57a3-2910-8a8c-e083aed57143 [original link is broken]
For istallation and configuration guides please look at foollowing link at SAP Service Market Place:SAP Software Distribution Center-> Download-> Support Packages and Patches-> Entry by Application Group-> SAP Solutions for Governance, Risk and Compliance-> SAP GRC Access Control.
For Demo of compliance calibrator :
For demo script :
I hope it will be usefull for you.
Please feel free if you need more material.

I agree with the previous posting.
A GRC implemention from a technical perspective only requires Security, Basis, and possibly (very rarely though) a JAVA developer.

Marmik,
Install and config guides for all GRC Access Controls components can be downloaded from SMP. The Best Practices site and also BPX contains a variety of other materials that are helpful as well.
Honestly, the typical GRC implementation project would have little use for an ABAP person unless that person also had solid Basis skills (for installation) or Security and functional knowledge (for config, CC ruleset customization, and remediation support).
