Link sent to E-Mail CUP

Dear all,

I have a problem setting up the CUP. The link that CUP sends the user, directing the user to the "Request status search" link isnu2019t complete: http:///index.jsp?loadRequestStatusSearch.do

I know the link include the server, but in my case this part doesnu2019t appear and I don't have any idea to change this link.

Pd: My version is SAP GRC AC 5.3 and Support Package: 16.

Hi Liliana,

I believe this issue is because of the fields in Workflow -> SMTP Server configuration. I hope you have left these fields blank.These fields are mandatory and should be maintained. Perform the following:

Login to CUP

Goto Configuration -> Workflow -> SMTP Server -> Application URL

Check the URL. You can correct it with the right URL too

I have the following fields with the SMTP Server. For example,

Application URL: http://123.45.6.78

Redirection URL: http://123.45.6.78

Is this incorrect?

The approver's notifications are sent by E-Mail with this link http:///index.jsp?loadRequestStatusSearchClosed.do, but when I try to open it, appear an error.

Hi,

Yes. It is wrong. Can you remove the http:// with the IP address for both and save. A blank field may automatically take the correct URL (I've checked in one of the system just now).

If it doesn't work out, you may include the correct URL.
