Hello-

We are using GRC 10. We have activated the End User Logon Link and it authenticates against our ldap without issue. When a user try's to submit a request the Manager field is populated. If the user Clicks View Details of the Manager ID to get more info, They are asked to logon again. If you type your grc password the window continues and you can see the details. It does not work with the LDAP password. We also don't want to load everyone into GRC.

How can we not be prompted to enter the password again when clicking the link?

1) End User without GRC access

So basically, do you mean
GRC connection to LDAP as authentication data source, detail source and detail source ?

2) How about the approver manager and role owner? You have to create that their user in the same client as of the GRC right?

Please check to see of all of the following services (SICF) have been activated and the Logon Data tab has the GRC Guest user (Same user you have on the UIBB End User Service).  This should resolve your issue.

Each service below relates to a specific Quick Link either on the End User Home page or in the header of the request entry screen. This information is listed below.
