Email Reminder Notification Template Issue

tryingto get the email reminder setup. modified the template as noted below.

Emails are working as desired but Approver cannot approve as from normal workflow process:

MSMP has Approve by Email checked. all roles have been set up.

any ideas ???

yes.. thats what i mentioned it happens  many time.

Can u please let us know if the mail is coming to approver with your changes.

and no id maintained in approver UI.

when they click on link it should ask id and password, if not then its taking from cache .

Hello Rahul,

Check below options

1.check if the options "Approve via Email" & "Reject Vai Email" are checked at stage level. If the option are not checked, select the options and then regenerate the MSMP and test the scenario.

2.Also make sure that for web service "GRAC_OIF_REQUEST_APPROVAL" , No user is maintained in the Logon data.

3.Approver should have the "SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_APPROVER" role assigned to it in the GRC Box
