SAP Note Unable to implement sucessfully.

Hi,
Need few suggestions How to proceed further.
Note No:3754841, Want to implement is, 
Seen the pre-requisite Section in the Note:3754841, then decided to implement the Note,

While implementing the Note above error is coming, I tried couple of times, I thought issue can solve later point of time, 
same thing repeating again n again, then Note Status showing like "Incompletely implemented"
Few things observed 
1)Under the note all objects are activated, i had seen in the s-note object affected section
2) Above include all 3 are captured in My TR
3) I was checked the version management of the above 3 included clearly changed were imported, I mean few lines of code inserted in Dev system
4) Above 3 are syntax free object's no issues found

My question is Still Do i need to check it anything. S-note status looks like "not completed", but want to see the status like "Completed" How to proceed Need suggestion

LEDOT_EUF00
LEDOT_EUI00

Hello,

I had the same issue and SAP replied in the case I opened:

can you try the following steps:

1.Open transaction SE16.
2.Display table PROGDIR.
3.Enter the affected program names (LEDOT_EUF00, LEDOT_EUI00 and LEDOT_EUT00) in column NAME and display the entry.
4.Change the value of column \"EDTX\ to a blank (" ").
5.Save the change.
6.After completing the steps above, re-run the note implementation to verify all objects are installed and no locks or errors occur.

Try removing  lock flag on the affected programs before reimplementing the SAP Note.

remove LEDOT_EUF00,  LEDOT_EUI00,  LEDOT_EUT00 from this table PROGDIR. 

For each entry, clear the value in field EDTX (set it to blank/empty). and save it and try to reimplement the snote again.
