Not Able to delete inbound delivery.

Hello Gurus,

I am trying to delete inbound delivery and I am getting an error mess "Message VL111 - Item 910 cannot be deleted (GM status)"

In document flow I am not able to see any preceding document or Subsequent documents as no document is created so far.

Delivery status shows is Open and even in Delivery status of total goods movement shows as "A" not yet processed.

Request you all to please help me on this.

if the GM status isactive, then this usually means that there is already a movement done.

it explains a certain situation and has a solution when this VL111 message comes up

Thanks for your reply...I am sorry was sick...so..sorry for late reply

no if i see the document flow status..its says its still open. and even in delivery it shows status "A" - which is "not yet started"

still its showing the same error

please check if you see a goods movement in the purchase order item history (which was done with without referencing the inbound delivery)

Please describe your environment a little more. Is this a part of a STO process? are you working with HU managed locations, are you working with decentralized WM?

what value do you find in field VBUP-WBSTA?

i have revered the GRN and deleted the line item from the delivery..GRN was created with reference to PO..but i dnt know why the status in the delivery was not updated..
