redirect to custom error page when the the siteminder authentication fails

we have a single sign on setup with LDAP . the setup works fine but when a particluar user's LDAP group is not configured it throws the default BOXI login page . at this point we dont want him to see the default login page and errors due to security reasons and redirect him to a custom error page.

we are on boxi r3.2.3

is there any web.xml settings or any other midfications we can do to achieve this

We have the same issue when we use opendoc method also. i opened a ticket with BO to resolve it..but still they are researching it.

Just check KB artical 1206249. Though it is old one but the concept is same.
