Cost element description in SAP table

hi all I'm looking for the connection between a line of COEP table and the cost element description (materials, labour, other costs). I think it goes from COEP-KSTAR (Cost element) to CSKB-KSTAR but i can't find the description in CSKB, is it located into another table?

Call SE11

• Display table CSKB, if you navigate in the menu: Goto, Text Table, no succes
• So switch to tab Input Help/Check, you should see a foreign key relation to table CSKA
• Display table CSKA (double-click)
• In the menu: Goto, Text Table, it should display CSKU
