Crystal Report resize paper size problem...

Hi all,

I am using Crystal Report 9 am I have my own user defined paper size for some of the report.

For most of the report I have created, I have no problem to set the crystal report to user defined paper size.

But, I have few crystal report who got problem to set the paper size. The problem is like this:-

Normally if we want to set the paper size of a report, normally we will go to File > Printer Setup > select the printer and size > click Ok and Save the report right?

For this few report, I also doing the same things, go to File > Printer Setup > select the printer and size to the user defined paper size > click Ok and Save the report. But the problems is when I re-open the crystal report and go to File > Printer Setup there to see, the paper size will change back to paper size, Letter.

I am using EPSON printer for the user defined paper size and I not sure whether is crystal report problems or others problem.

Hi Sy,

Create a New Printer using the same Epson driver and set it's default to your custom Paper Size, then set the report to use that printer.

If the printer doesn't support Custom Paper sizes then find one that does. CR reads the printer info from the registry which is where Custom Paper sizes are saved.
