We did the setup of the administrator roles for the Cloud ALM subaccounts from BTP. That solved the issue. thank you.

Regardless if it is coming from CBC in this case, what you describe happens. SAP Activate roadmap activities get updated, perhaps including a few more, and new tasks get created on the Prepare phase. You have to monitor for those tasks, they will dec...

Hi. some of the tasks you see come from the selected SAP Activate Roadmap and the Scope. You can use the "History" icon to see who change what and when.
