Material to Material transfer in same plant is asking for Sales Order. I do not have a salesorder

Though material is in quality stock then also material can be moved from one bin to another bin. How to restrict this stock movement?

User wants PO field 'Order Type' to be uneditable in change mode. could not find the same in Screen Layout in SPRO , how else do i restrict it. i can not restrict from release  procedure since i have flexible workflow in place.
