I'm absolutely sure that everything is changeable. Curiosity is, after all, just another skill that you can develop in different ways including the hard one. You just imitate curiosity until it becomes a habit.
I tried cbt thought journal both in digital and physical form. I have a feeling that something written by hand can be memorized a bit better. But not as much as people say. Anyway, I ended up using an app.
