Answering my own here, the best way i found to format this has been to use multiple charts set in 'numeric' view, as to show a single indicator.The chart was then formatted to show data how it was wanted, and layout styles to call back to the layout ...
Thanks for the answerA clarification though, i don't want to change indicator VALUES, i want to change indicator NAMES on a table that shows indicators and their values. Conditional formatting is based on indicator target value. Still can't? Thanks
