I got rid of the issue in GC Shell and I`ve perfmored provided by you 1c996cacb1274a94b1b6e84abd9dfac3 commands in GC Shell and the services started working again. Thank you for support!

thanks!I tried to do it but getting error in Cloud Shell when entering first commend. "The connection to the server localhost:8080 was refused - did you specify the right host or port?"I will try to find solution to get rid of this error.
