As I see you do not access any data of SAP SAC. it is just a widget to play with chatgpt. Did you evaluate the usage of actual data discovery. Instead of building reports, just asking the system?

The quantity conversion (each to pack / pack to each), which is actually the only relevant one and which everyone needs... is NOT supported.
This is really poor from SAP side not considering that feature.

It is not possible in standard, I have done a Customer Object implementation, which uses MKT attributes as basis.It is a pity SAP cannot do that in standard - in SalesForce it's a piece of cake.
