Hi Sandra, using the developer account with client 000 I had the same error as with client 001, but that hint, given by you (use client 000) was enough.I was able to login with sap* using client 000 and update the license.
Sandra Rossi gave me a hint that I didn't knew would make a difference.I used client 000 for the SAP* user and I got no error of account being locked and I was able to login and update the license, thanks Sandra Rossi for your help
