The same error happends to me twice. You can do this also direct editing table in RSRREPDIR SE16.Just put your query ID in field COMPID and execute. Than select duplicate record for the specific query in table and delete record (Shift+F2).

Hi, you are missing Header in Infopackage on the Extraction tab. Create new Header and than try to exetute Infopackage again.
