A user can navigate to a document report in a folder and run it successfully. When provided with a document link to that same report the user can not access it and receives the following message.

We recently upgraded to 4.2, but the from field is no longer available when scheduling and emailed report. I can't seem to find a setting where this needs to be changed.
He doesn't have different permissions. Again... it's not a folder permission issue because the user can find and run the report in the folder, but can't run it from a document link if sent to them via email/Teams.
The trick here was that our custom properties file has to explicitly call out the setting, leaving no setting will not default back to the standard properties file even if that was set to SMTPFrom=True. Thanks for the help.
