You're viewing a standard value help based on the selection field 'type'. If you want to restrict it, change the 'type' of your field, or create your own value help.

Could be that the functionality is not supported in your FES/SAP_UI on-premise version. Take a look at https://blogs.sap.com/2019/06/07/how-to-check-the-ui5-version-you-have-installed/ for compatability.
