I would have your DBA and/or BASIS team check fragmentation and rebuild those indexes specifically on a routine schedule. We just went live with EWM, and we see indexes already severely fragmented.

Thanks for the quick reply. I also found SAP Note 3027297, which describes the registry key that controls the setting in SAPGUI Options.
