I want to send e-mail automatically when approval triggers(on sales quote) and when she/he is clicking the mail, she/he can reach the relevant document. Is it possible, if yes how can i do it?

Missing approval button sales quote
The conditions are true and when i create quote,i can see this post: "please submit for approval". However I can not send confirmation because it does not appear. I added some attachments, could you check it ?
