Hi Venkat, You can set column width using field catalog 'OUTPUTLEN'. Specify the width you need and you will get width in the output. Regards, Pramod

Hi AKPT, Thanks for replying. Your solution was helpful if there is no payment history available. But for POs which had payment history, the PR and item fields are greyed out at item level as well. Any solution for this??Thanks,Pramod

Solved it myself...SAP note 923672 helped me in resolving this issue.
