Hi,I would like to know if we have any possibilities of downloading the Learning certificates for inactive users. As I see neither proxy option for admin nor manager can download the certificate.Regards,Ramya
Even I could run the report for inactive users but the specific courses have custom certificates which when I run via reports doesn't give them instead standard certificates is showing up.
