as per standard procedure 'ExternalID filed is already available in oData, so please try to Changes the Technical Name with ZExternalID , so you can add the Field into Odata with out issues.
Hi User,Are you Using any Middle where tool like CPI,PI,BTP please ask them to don't send the Text collecetion to sap c4c, the will remove the mapping.
