That was my first try, but there was no success. This was beacuse of the existing of planned cost in KP06 for the cost center.

Hi, error was not in KP06. It was in KS02. I opened an OSS message to SAP and they said there will be no problem if i set message FAGL_ORG_UNITS011 as warning if there is only planned data for new period.
