I was able to address this issue by adding in a missing wait state to the flow, looking for the event ERPOrderSendCompletionEvent_. Now all flows correctly.
UpdateI was able to determine the issue that I was facing.The structure of my new version of the order process was incorrect. Node transitions were wrong and the XML document reader was getting lost as it parsed the file.
