Thank you for your response.
The reason why the message should fail/ should not be processed further is, it contains the financial data, so we do not want partial data to reach ECC. This would affect the postings.

From your screenshot, the messages are struck in the queue. You can move the failed message to SMQ3 through "Save LUW" and unlock the queue to allow the rest of the messages to pass through.
