In S4H, FAGL_FCV does not make any entries in BSEG. Substitutions will thus only work for the ACDOCA fields.
Note there is an enhancement spot (ES_FINS_FCV_BSTAT) to create BSEG lines, if needed (and possible). This could also solve the problem.
