How to integrate SAP Project and Resource Management with 3rd party HXM?

I am working with a customer using this SAP Project and Resource Management with S/4HANA Cloud. they use a non-SAP HXM solution. Any recommendation on how to integrate it with SAP Project and Resource Management? 

My Concur expense postings in S/4HANA Cloud do not have 'service rendered dates'. Is this supported?
