Client Not connected with Server

Hi ExpertsI upgraded my Patch level from 9.0 PL8 to PL9.  Server and Clients are installed and it is working fine but one PC not connected with Server.  While I Connect SAP in landscape server selection Page Port Number shown as 40000 instead of 3000...
