We looked into that, the thing is the user is already authenticated and has logged on to SAC and ran the application (dashboard), and dashboard starts rendering in the screen (see background screen) but is asked again for credentials.

I tried the solution above and still doesn't work. I'm using the same server, userId and password on Lumira 1.31 and works fine. Anyone experiencing same issue?

Did you get a response to your question?, We have same issue, a larger number of users would be creating ad-hoc webi reports, but we wouldn't want them all to have a name user license.
