I have a user or 2 that see this issue often.
Workbook has AO results in it. It also has data cells linked to external stored (mapped folders) workbooks.
If the user updates the AO data, all is fine.
If the user then edits the links (Data..Edit...

This is happening with one user. So it is installation specific. Workbooks he opens from BI platform load ok, but prompt and refresh buttons are inactive. Workbooks opened locally work with no issue.
