User specific alert issue

Hello, I have alert type 7084 set up in SNC system. Currently 3 users are getting this alert. I need to delete/disable this notification for one of the users. How can I achieve this ? This user is already deactivated in BP settings.

planned delivery time is maintained as 7 hrs. So shipping date time is correct. System added 7 hrs. But the problem is with delivery time. it is added 3 more hrs.
