I have maintained all tables
1. T7INA9, T7INT7, T7INT9.

Hi Venkatesh,if things are related to Govt legal definitely we must follow SAP recommendation, if still you do your won then after any issues SAP will not support..!BRLeelamohanrao
Absence days will calculate based on below step and table Assign Deduction Rules to Counting Rules - T556C (but you need to do some experiment) PF below screenshot FYI
This is very simpleIf you would like see any SAP standard t.codes Go to --> SE93 -- > Then Give --> PC00_M*_CIPE --> Click on F4Then you will see country specific Posting T.codes hope this will help you out..!
