Carlo,Try using AfterModify or BeforeSave; the PO being approved will no doubt trigger the latter, and possibly also the former, so you may be able to get the information using those scripts.Lewis

You're probably better off redoing the expiry date as an actual date field, then you can use AddDuration(ABSL:Duration.Create(0, policy, 0, 0, 0, 0)) to add policy number of months rather than trying to build a string out of it.

Carlo,If you're trying to create an extension field to hold the data you'll need to write a script to copy the data from the standard field into the extension field and then use that extension field. It sounds like you haven't done that.Lewis
