Hi, Can someone confirm if the tiles in FSM Launchpad can be hidden based on roles? For Eg: As a User, they don't want to see "Customer Self Service" tile in the home page. I don't see an option in Admin Policy Group. Thanks. Karthic

I am unable to add my Certification details to the Universal ID. Certifications were done before the Universal ID concepts came into picture. Moreover am unable to add my S ID to the Universal ID. Can someone help
