Hi Ravii, Thank you for that - that is excellent. I think it will help with the upload from flat file and posting of time entries in CAT2. However do you know of how I can approve the time entries in background (step 2) through transaction CATS_APPR_...

Try customer exit SAPMF02K (User exits: Vendor master data). This is activated upon saving a Vendor and you can check the payment method in field I_LFB1-ZWELS.
